If you have a question that isn't found here, send us an email and we'll be happy to get you an answer!
Why should I attend a conference?
To network with other writers, learn tips to grow in your craft, and grow as you surround yourself with a creative and supportive community.
How much does it cost to attend?
Each year's conference costs vary and depend upon the venue, length of the conference, type of conference (virtual, in-person, or hybrid) and planned activities.
I'm an author. Can I sell my books at the conference?
Vending opportunities are reserved for conference participants only (i.e., speakers, presenters, southern anthology contributors, and sponsors).
How can I be a conference sponsor?
RWS Writers Weekend welcomes sponsorships. Sponsors may donate monetarily, provide a door prize, sponsor speaker accommodations/meals, etc. Contact us via email (contact page) to discuss this further.
Note: Sponsors will have their name/company name, logo, and contact information featured on our sponsor page along with a link to their website.
I'd like to speak at the conference. May I?
Are you a published author with a southern connection? If so, send us an email (contact page) and let us know of your interest. We will contact you to discuss this further.
Do you have a writer's group that I can join?
We would love to add a writer's group to the community. There is already a JFK Writers Group in Fort Smith Arkansas. If you're interested in starting the Little Rock chapter, please send us an email expressing your interest.
